MY STORY
PLANNING WITH PURPOSE
Hi there, I’m Lindsey!
I am a born and raised Southern California girl who is living out my Colorado dream. I am an avid movie goer, reader, and baker. I have loved weddings ever since I was a little girl. Seeing the white gown, the long veil, and beautiful flowers all to celebrate the love between two people always looked like a dream. As I grew older, I knew I wanted to contribute to making that dream come true for other people!
I put my type-A personality to use while in college and started coordinating weddings. I have loved every minute of the decor, the bridal parties, the couples, and the celebration.
When I’m not holding a clipboard and fluffing dresses, I spend most of my time with my husband, who has been my best friend since the 3rd grade, playing with my border collie rescue Letty, and reading books like Lord of the Rings.
My faith in Jesus is the center of everything I do and is one of the reasons why I started Dearly Beloved. I am truly blessed to be a witness to each of my couple’s love story.

The “Beloved Day” Package
Day-Of Coordination
Price: $1,200
Perfect for: Couples who’ve planned everything but want a professional to make it run smoothly day of.
•1-hour consultation call to review event details and expectations (scheduled 4 weeks out) •Customized wedding day timeline creation and distribution to all vendors •Venue walkthrough (1 hour, ideally 2-3 weeks before) •Final coordination with vendors: confirm arrival times, roles, and deliveries •Directing ceremony and reception flow (entrances, cues, dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.) •Set-up oversight (e.g., décor placement, signage, guestbook, favors, etc.) •Bridal party and family coordination (cueing for processional, photos, etc.) •Troubleshooting anything that arises—emergency kit included •Rehearsal management (1 hour, day before) •Up to 10 hours of service on wedding day (additional hours available for a fee)
The “Dearly Yours” Package
Month-Of Coordination
Price: $2,000
Perfect for: Couples who want hands-off logistics and vendor management in the final month.
Includes everything in “Beloved Day,” plus: •Two 60–90 minute meetings to review the timeline, vendors, layout, and vision •Vendor management: I’ll take over communication 4–6 weeks before the wedding •Timeline, layout, and cue sheet creation (fully detailed for vendors and bridal party) •Final venue walkthrough and logistics meeting •Coordinating deliveries, arrival schedules, and set-up logistics •Oversee ceremony rehearsal (coordinate wedding party + cue officiant and musicians) •Up to 12 hours of wedding day coverage •Tear-down guidance and packing personal items for pick-up or transport
The “Together Forever” Package
Partial Planning + Coordination
Price: $3,500
Perfect for: Couples who have a venue and/or some vendors booked, but need help with all the rest.
Includes everything in “Dearly Yours,” plus: •Up to 6 planning sessions (venue visits, vendor meetings, timeline development, etc.) •Shared planning portal or checklist to track tasks, deadlines, and payments •Vendor research & recommendations (up to 3 per category; includes contacting and setting up meetings) •Design support: help developing theme, color palette, and cohesive visual feel •Review of contracts and vendor proposals •Monthly check-in emails or calls from time of booking •Budget tracking support (spreadsheet provided and reviewed together)
The “Faithfully Yours” Package
Full-Service Planning + Coordination
Price: $6,000
Perfect for: Busy or out-of-state couples who want guidance from the moment they say “yes!”
Includes everything in “Together Forever,” plus: •Full event design development: inspiration board, vision presentation, and vendor recommendations to match •Unlimited planning meetings (virtual or in-person, subject to availability) •Budget creation, tracking, and payment schedule reminders •Venue scouting and booking (includes scheduling tours and accompanying couple if local) •Scheduling and attending vendor consultations (as needed) •RSVP tracking assistance and guest list management template •Help with seating chart, place cards, signage, programs, and other printed materials •Day-of assistant included for events over 125 guests •Weekend-of coverage (includes welcome party, rehearsal, wedding day, and brunch send-off)
