MY STORY
PLANNING WITH PURPOSE
Hi there, I’m Lindsey!
I am a born and raised Southern California girl who is living out my Colorado dream. I am an avid movie goer, reader, and baker. I have loved weddings ever since I was a little girl. Seeing the white gown, the long veil, and beautiful flowers all to celebrate the love between two people always looked like a dream. As I grew older, I knew I wanted to contribute to making that dream come true for other people!
I put my type-A personality to use while in college and started coordinating weddings. I have loved every minute of the decor, the bridal parties, the couples, and the celebration.
When I’m not holding a clipboard and fluffing dresses, I spend most of my time with my husband, who has been my best friend since the 3rd grade, playing with my border collie rescue Letty, and reading books like Lord of the Rings.
My faith in Jesus is the center of everything I do and is one of the reasons why I started Dearly Beloved. I am truly blessed to be a witness to each of my couple’s love story.

The “Beloved Day” Package
Day-Of Coordination
Price: $1,200
Perfect for couples who have planned every detail and want a professional to bring everything together for a smooth, stress-free wedding day.
WHAT’S INCLUDED • One-hour consultation approximately four weeks before the wedding to review event details, plans, and expectations • Customized wedding-day timeline creation and distribution to the vendor team • One-hour venue walkthrough, ideally scheduled two to three weeks before the wedding • Final coordination with vendors to confirm arrival times, responsibilities, deliveries, and important details • Management of the ceremony and reception flow, including entrances, cues, dances, toasts, cake cutting, and other scheduled moments • Oversight of décor placement, signage, guest books, favors, and other personal details • Wedding-party and family coordination, including processional cues and assistance with the photography schedule • Wedding-day troubleshooting and access to our emergency kit • Up to one hour of ceremony-rehearsal coordination • Up to 10 hours of wedding-day coverage

Includes everything in the Beloved Day Package, plus: • Two 60–90-minute planning meetings to review the timeline, vendor team, venue layout, priorities, and overall vision • Vendor communication and management beginning approximately four to six weeks before the wedding • Detailed master timeline, vendor timeline, wedding-party schedule, venue layout, and ceremony cue sheet • Final venue walkthrough and logistics meeting • Coordination of vendor arrivals, deliveries, access times, and setup requirements • Management of final vendor questions, updates, and logistical changes • Ceremony-rehearsal coordination for the wedding party, officiant, and ceremony musicians • Up to 12 hours of wedding-day coverage • Supervision of personal décor breakdown and packing at the conclusion of the celebration

Perfect for couples who have selected some of their vendors but would like professional guidance completing the remaining plans.
Includes everything in the Dearly Yours and Beloved Day Packages, plus: • Up to six planning sessions for venue visits, vendor meetings, design decisions, timeline development, and other planning needs • Shared planning portal or customized checklist for tracking tasks, deadlines, vendor information, and payment dates • Monthly planning check-ins by email or phone from the time of booking • Vendor research and recommendations, with up to three carefully selected options per category • Assistance contacting recommended vendors and scheduling consultations • Guidance comparing vendor services and proposals • Design support to help develop a cohesive theme, color palette, atmosphere, and overall visual direction • Review of vendor contracts and proposals for important planning and logistical details • Budget-tracking spreadsheet with ongoing guidance and review • Assistance identifying unfinished tasks, potential concerns, and important upcoming decisions
